The hotel staff was very accommodating and welcoming. They gave a free gift upon arrival which I loved. The hotel facilities including the gym, jogging track, and garden lounge were well-maintained and beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

During my xmas trip, I stayed at a hotel which had two great features. it was located near many restaurants, making it an ideal spot for food lovers. the hotel was part of a mall, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment. I liked the fact that the rooms were clean and well-furnished.

I was left disappointed by some aspects of my stay. the rooms were not sound-proofed well, and we could hear conversations and music from the common areas.

The hotel's central location allows easy access to many attractions. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, sparkling bathroom with clean towels are pleasing. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Moreover, free breakfast, tea, and well-equipped facilities such as iron, hairdryer make for a comfortable stay.

No swimming pool or indoor playground for children.

the location was convenient for exploring the city, as it was close to many attractions.

The lighting in the room was dim, which made it difficult to read or work. there was no mini-fridge in the room, which was problematic for keeping drinks and snacks cold.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of 1969 Business Suites. The room was well-maintained and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The complimentary high-tea and breakfast were a delightful bonus, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated the affordable price of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Ipoh.
